Crossover
The circuit splitting sound between drivers.
A speaker’s crossover divides the signal so the woofer gets lows and the tweeter gets highs, blending them at the crossover frequency. Its design hugely affects tonal balance and how a speaker images. It’s the hidden engineering behind why two similar speakers sound different.
